Terms of Service

1. Who we are
This site is operated by Engineering Square LLC, a Texas limited liability company, doing business as “Xeno 3D” (“we”, “us”). Contact: orders@xeno3d.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Orders & made-to-order production
Products are printed to order. Submitting an order is an offer to buy; a contract forms when we confirm it. Because items are produced specifically for you, see the Shipping & Returns policy for cancellation and return rights.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change at any time. Custom-quote prices are estimates generated locally in your browser from the file you provide and your chosen options; the file is only sent to us if you place an order. Quotes may be adjusted before production if a file is unprintable or mis-measured — we'll always confirm before taking payment. Orders are placed by email enquiry: once we confirm your order we arrange payment with you directly (for example, an invoice or payment link). We do not take card payments on this site and never handle or store your card details here.
4. Custom files & intellectual property
When you provide a file for a custom quote or order you confirm you own it or have the right to have it printed, and you grant us a limited license to produce it for your order only. You retain ownership of your designs. All Xeno 3D original designs, images, text and branding remain the property of Engineering Square LLC and may not be copied or resold.
We will not knowingly print items that infringe third-party rights, are illegal, or are weapons/weapon components prohibited in your jurisdiction.
5. Lead times & shipping
Stated lead times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. See Shipping & Returns.
6. Product nature & safe use
3D-printed parts show layer lines and minor variation by nature; this is a characteristic of the process, not a defect. Toys are intended for the recommended age shown on each listing — age grades exist for safety, and adult supervision is recommended for children under 3.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
8. Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; the version in effect when you order applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Texas.
