1. Who we are

Xeno 3D is operated by Engineering Square LLC, a Texas limited liability company. Questions about privacy? Email orders@xeno3d.com.

2. What we collect

• Order & contact details — name, email, shipping address, and what you ordered.
• Uploaded files — CAD/STL files you submit with an order.
• Payment data — orders are arranged by email and payment is taken separately (e.g. an invoice or payment link); we do not collect or store card details through this site.
• Usage data — basic, privacy-respecting analytics to improve the site. No advertising pixels, no cross-site tracking.

3. How quote files are handled

On the instant-quote page your file is measured locally in your browser — it is not uploaded to us unless and until you place an order. Files attached to an order are used only to produce that order and are deleted on a routine schedule. An NDA is available on request for commercial work.

4. Children's privacy

Our toys are for kids, but our store is for grown-ups. The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Orders (including personalized names printed on toys) must be placed by an adult.

5. How we use your data

To process and ship orders, provide support, send order updates, meet legal/accounting obligations, and (only if you opt in) send occasional updates. We do not sell your data.

6. Sharing

We share only what's necessary with service providers that run the store: payment processing, shipping/label generation, email, and hosting. Each handles your data under its own terms.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies for the store to function plus, if enabled, privacy-respecting analytics. You can control cookies in your browser.

8. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and opt out of marketing at any time — email orders@xeno3d.com.

9. Retention & security

We keep order records as required for tax/accounting, then delete them. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
