Shipping & Returns

Production & lead time

Everything is made to order on our own printer farm in Texas. Catalog toys typically print and ship in 2–4 business days; larger or custom orders in 3–5 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States via USPS and UPS.
  • Shipping is quoted with your order confirmation before you pay.
  • Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and aren't guaranteed.

Damaged or faulty items

We inspect every print before it ships. If your order arrives damaged or has a genuine fault, email orders@xeno3d.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo and we'll replace or refund it at no cost. Layer lines and minor cosmetic variation are normal to 3D printing and aren't considered faults.

Returns & cancellations

Because items are produced specifically for you, we generally can't accept returns of correctly-made, non-faulty orders. You can cancel for a full refund before production starts — email us as soon as possible. Custom/personalized orders (names, custom pitches, uploaded files) can't be cancelled once production has begun.

Where consumer law in your state grants additional cancellation/return rights, those rights apply and override the above.

Wrong address / unclaimed parcels

Please double-check your shipping address — we're not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address. Reshipment of returned-to-sender parcels may incur another shipping charge.
